Please see the attached. For those whose are not familiar with the Thai language, the attached is an announcement issued by the Business Development Department of the Ministry of Commerce granting an additional 1 month, from May 30 to June 31, to entities which are required to file their audited financial statement for the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2009. This will apply to all entities located in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samutprakarn provinces regardless of the area.
