The Office of Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC), Ministry of Justice of Thailand, in coordination with the Board of Investment of Thailand cordially invites you and your members to attend the Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between Office of Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission and Office of Board Investment of Thailand as a guest of honour and to participate in a seminar on “Corruption Prevention and Suppression Initiative for Foreign Investment Sector” with representatives from Transparency International of Thailand, Board of Investment of Thailand and Office of Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission.

The Objective of the seminar is to promote the role, mission and authority of the Office of Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission and to ensure foreign investors if they face corruption or malfeasance in office of state officials.     

The seminar is scheduled to be held at “Sofitel Centara Grand Bangkok Hotel” on Tuesday, 29 June 2010 from 9.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m. The seminar will be conducted in both English and Thai, with simultaneous translation via headset. This seminar is free of charge and inclusive of coffee break and lunch.
