The Networking was held in relaxed surroundings at the elegant Pacific City Club Thursday 1 October. The guest were offered plenty of finger food and wine, while Wine Educator Paolo Conselvan was talking about wine, food and the world related to wine.
It was an entertaining, informative and fun evening where we were told some true and some untrue myths about wine. Above all, Mr. Paolo made clear on one message: the ‘truth’ on wine and food is within each of us and it is not dictated by the world-renowned, celebrity wine critique of the moment. The evening event was dedicated to wine tasting of a white wine, a red wine and a rose champagne.
