Norwegian Business Association Shanghai (NBA) and Norwegian Business Association Singapore (NBAS), representing all Norwegian Business Associations, Chambers and Forums in Asia, is pleased to invite you to the The Norway-Asia Business Summit 2010.

The Norway-Asia Business Summit will be this year's meeting place for executives of Norwegian companies from a range of Asian countries as well as from Norway.

What is the “Norway-Asia Business Summit” all about?

• A forum to strengthen ties and explore new opportunities among key business players and politicians in Asia
• A place to be updated on trends and drivers for the region and discuss business conditions and opportunities with Norwegian representatives from government and organisations
• A place to bring matters of concern to the table for discussion for important Norwegian companies operating in Asia
• A networking arena for executives of Norwegian companies operating in Asia
• An event that also focuses on the social aspect of doing business

The event takes place in conjunction with the Norwegian Pavilion Day at World Expo in Shanghai on May 28th.

The Norway-Asia Business Summit delegates are invited to the concert in the evening of May 28th.

The organizers are working to enable participation for the delegates at other events in conjunction with the Norwegian opening festivities such as an informal lunch in the Norwegian pavilion the same day, as well as a pavilion pre-concert gathering.

Many Norwegians follow the developments in our region at a distance and would benefit from attending the event and give the conference a further dimension. Therefore, please inform your colleagues and business relations in Norway about the event as well as other interested parties working for your company. We are expecting around 100 delegates to participate.

Registration:

Please register asap within April 20th, filling out the attached registration form.

• Price: RMB 1750,- (can be paid in both RMB and USD, USD 275) within May 1st.

Includes cocktail and dinner on May 26th at Radisson New World.

Half day seminar at Nordic Lighthouse with lunch provided by Laris.

NBA has negotiated a price of:

• RMB 1300,- + 15% Service Charge for deluxe rooms at the hotel. (Reservation under Norway-Asia Summit)
