Background:

Belgium currently holds the rotating chair of the EU for a period of 6 months whereas Beluthai is the current chair of EU Chambers in Thailand. With the Belgian presidency of the EU the 2-year ASEM summit between European and Asian heads of state will be held in Brussels in October. Our luncheon will lay the ground for the debate at the Asian European Business Forum (AEBF) to be held in Brussels on October 04th. Bringing together representatives from 47 countries, the AEBF will draft recommendations to Asian and European Heads of State participating in the ASEM meeting.
