SCGC Unveils World-First Smart Digital Solution, Highlighting Innovation Leadership

SCGC Showcases World-First Smart Digital Solution to Media in Rayong

SCG Chemicals, our corporate members, a leading integrated polymer business and solutions for sustainability, has unveiled its world-first smart digital solution during a media visit in Rayong.

SCG Chemicals, or SCGC, led by Tharna Sanee, Vice President, Manufacturing – Olefins Chain, and Dr. Pichet Tangpanyarat, Vice President – Industrial Solutions & Partnership,along with a team of executives, welcomed members of the media in Rayong province to visit its innovations and solutions management, as well as digital and AI-driven plant management systems, at the RIL Industrial Estate in Rayong.

On this occasion, the media had the opportunity to gain a close look at SCGC’s world-class innovation research and development process, which focuses on creating High Value-Added Products & Services (HVA) and developing packaging solutions that rapidly meet customer demands, delivering sustainable value at the “i2P Center” (Ideas to Products). The visit also featured a tour of the world’s first fully integrated digital smart solution, “DRS by REPCO NEX” (Digital Reliability Service), which leverages SCGC’s expertise to build new businesses that provide comprehensive machinery performance management, enhance production capacity, and elevate plant safety standards through digital transformation at the Unified Operations Center (UOC).
