In this programme, we will focus on practices, some of the legal aspects for planning and managing company’s resources and investigating a current COVID-19 crisis, examining options and tools that implemented to combat crises, exploring new norms and trends from the aftermath and assessing situation how it affect the economic output.
Here are brief details of the three episodes in the series:
Episode I: Balance your Staff with your Cash Flow, 7 May, 2020, 10.30-11.30 hrs.
The first episode in the series will examine financial options and tools for business owners, especially SMEs, to steer their business during the crisis and tap into legal aspects of employment relations during an emerging and developing stage of a crisis.
Episode II: The New Normal: Adapt and Prepare, 21 May, 2020, 10.30-11.30 hrs.
The second episode in the series will investigate the situation looking at the big picture, foresee what happens after the crisis, study new norms in consumer behaviour and shift of business resilience to new business opportunities.
Episode III: Crisis Management vs Reality: Lessons Learnt, 11 June, 2020, 14.30-15.45 hrs.
The third episode in the series will assess the situation from a board perspective, identify key learning points and compare the economic outlook during the current crisis versus past crises.
