The Thai-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce (TNCC) would like to share with you the recent activity of Thai Airways Internationalone of our premium members, who was one of the sponsors at the 9th annual Thai-Nordic Association Crayfish Party to show their engagement and interest in the Nordic market. The event was held to praise the Nordic culture with attendees from different organisations and business sectors participating.

On 28 September 2024, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited’s SF-1 team participated as a Platinum sponsor at the 9th annual Thai-Nordic Association Crayfish Party, held at the Landmark Hotel in Bangkok. This event celebrated Nordic culture and brought together over 200 attendees, including business leaders, travellers, and Nordic expatriates from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland residing in Thailand.

Thai Airways’ sponsorship reflects its commitment and dedication to the Nordic market. The airline provides essential routes connecting Thailand with the Nordic region as well as other destinations across Scandinavia. Thai Airways provides convenient direct full-service flights on key routes, including Bangkok-Oslo, Bangkok-Copenhagen, and Bangkok-Stockholm. These connections are further strengthened by seamless integration of routes from Scandinavia into Thai Airways’ broader network through Bangkok, ensuring convenience for passengers travelling between Thailand and the Nordic countries.

Thai Airways is also proud to highlight the recent introduction of its new TG mobile app, designed to provide enhanced services and convenience for passengers. Furthermore, Thai Airways has made strides in sustainability by blending approximately 1% Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) into its fuel mix, in compliance with mandatory requirements from France, Sweden, and Norway. This move underscores Thai Airways’ dedication to more eco-friendly practices within the aviation industry.
