This signature experience celebrates the Grill | Fire | Smoke philosophy through a selection of flame-grilled specialities, wood-smoked meats and freshly prepared creations inspired by global flavours.
Curated by Executive Chef Phillip Taylor, the menu strikes a perfect balance between boldness and finesse, transforming premium ingredients into dishes that are expressive, satisfying and memorable.
Set within the refined surroundings of Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, the brunch unfolds as a lively gathering filled with flavour, warmth and connection. Sunday brunch at ALATi is a celebration of open-fire dining – where the warmth of the fire inspires shared moments and great taste.
