At the heart of the celebration at The Grande Thanksgiving Table are two legendary signatures: the Roasted Prime Rib of Beef, renowned across Bangkok for its succulent tenderness and carved tableside for the perfect cut, and the Maple-Glazed Roasted Turkey, a labour of love infused with subtle sweetness and served with Mum’s Bread Stuffing, Chilli Cornbread, and Cranberry Sauce — each dish carrying the comforting essence of home, yet refined with The Luxury Collection touch.
