A Taste of Tottori presented by JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok

A Taste of Tottori presented by JW Marriott Hotel BangkokA Taste of Tottori presented by Tsu Japanese Restaurant, JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok

Tsu Japanese Restaurant at JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok presents a limited-time culinary showcase inspired by Tottori, Japan, a region known for its breathtaking landscapes and ingredient-driven cuisine. Available from 1 March to 30 April 2026, the curated menu brings the spirit of Tottori to the table through thoughtfully selected regional specialties.

Located along the Sea of Japan, Tottori is shaped by its natural surroundings, from Mount Daisen, once a sacred training ground for monks and now a symbol of the region’s enduring spirit, to the famed sand dunes that stretch along the coastline. This deep connection to land and sea informs a cuisine defined by purity, seasonality, and a quiet respect for exceptional ingredients.

Drawing from this heritage, Chef Atsushi Yoshida presents a menu that highlights the region’s exceptional produce with balance and precision. Nebarikko Age-dashi features Tottori’s prized yam, delicately crisp on the outside and tender within. Zuwai Snow Crab and Ikura Clay Pot Rice showcases naturally sweet snow crab paired with briny salmon roe. The A5 Tottori Wagyu Olein 55 Striploin Steak is celebrated for its exceptional marbling and rich, buttery texture. The experience continues with slow-simmered Gyokotsu Ramen and concludes with Oushu Pear Sorbet with compote sauce for a refreshing finish.

Explore the distinctive tastes of Tottori through a selection of regional specialties, priced from Baht 280++ per dish. This limited-time offering is available from 1 March to 30 April 2026 at Tsu Japanese Restaurant.
