Rossini’s pays tribute to two of the season’s most prized ingredients: the delicate white asparagus and the tender artichoke. Inspired by classic Italian tradition, our new seasonal menu highlights their elegance through thoughtfully composed dishes that celebrate freshness and craftsmanship.

The Menu Features:

• Asparagi Bianchi alla Bassanese
  Steamed white asparagus, served with an emulsion made from egg, oil & lemon.
  

• Pici con Ragù di Agnello e Carciofi8 March — International Women’s Day Brunch
  Hand rolled Tuscan pici with lamb ragù and artichokes.

• Branzino Arrosto con Asparagi Bianchi
  Oven roasted seabass, grilled white asparagus, mashed potatoes, citrus beurre blanc.
