Executive Chef Andrea Montella has created a themed dinner buffet of Porkhestra delights presented to you in one sumptuous buffet along with Italian and Thai-inspired live cooking stations. You can sample these delights at Ventisi restaurant at Centara Grand at CentralWorld for only Baht 1,590++ per person from 18.00 to 22.30 hrs every Thursday (Buffet closes at 22.00 hrs).

Discover worldwide recipes and pork specialties, including whole suckling pig Chinese style, slow-cooked pork Trang style, korubuta krapao moo (pork and Thai basil), grilled pork, stewed pork belly, meatballs, assorted cold cuts, bacon fries, cannelloni, and pasta dishes.
