Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026
Date: Wednesday, 29 April 2026
Time: 18.30 – 21.00 hrs. (Registration starts at 18.00 hrs.)
Venue: Amari Bangkok, Phanfa – Lilat, 7th floor (MAP)
Dress Code: Elegance / Business Attire in muted or subdued tones (such as black, white, navy, or grey)
Tickets:
- TNCC Members: Complimentary 2 tickets per one company
- Individual ticket (Non-Members): Baht 2,000 + 7% VAT
Event policy:
- We offer two complimentary dinner tickets per company. Please inform your guest’s required detail via registration link.
- Any Member who is unable to attend the meeting may authorise another member as a proxy to attend and vote on his/her behalf. Participants must submit the proxy form to secure participation prior the meeting. Please complete the attached Proxy Form and submit to TNCC at [email protected] by 17.00 hrs. On Monday 20 April 2026.
