His edible works of art consist of “cruffin” which is a hybrid of croissant and muffin with different toppings suvh as Strawberry Sesame, Pistachio Cream Cheese, Cinnamon Sugar and Chocolate Hazelnut Rocher.
Chef AJ also brings his A-game to cake creation. Simple yet sophisticated, chocolate cakes in the shape of a vintage camera, signature purse, and boat, are Instagram-worthy pieces.
