You can enjoy auspicious menus by Chef Kam, from dim sum to family feasts, as Chinese New Year celebrations take place across the hotel, as well as a festive buffet brunch at Raintree Café and a traditional Dragon and Lion Dance on 17 February 2026, the highlight of the celebrations.
