Rossini’s, the celebrated Italian restaurant at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok, invites guests to an exclusive Wine Dinner on 22 May 2026 — an elegant evening uniting authentic Italian cuisine with distinguished wines in a setting of timeless refinement.
Curated by Chef Stefano, the specially crafted multi-course menu celebrates Italy’s culinary heritage through seasonal ingredients, refined flavors, and thoughtful pairings designed to elevate every course.
A Signature Pairing
Among the evening’s highlights, the saffron-infused Carnaroli risotto with Italian sausage and morel mushrooms is paired with the Montezovo Amarone “Sa Solin” della Valpolicella DOCG 2021 — a velvety, expressive wine revealing notes of dark cherry, warm spice, and cocoa that beautifully complement the warmth and depth of the dish.
The Menu
The evening opens with a delicate king crab salad with marinated zucchini and lemon, followed by octopus braised in cherry tomato, capers, and olives. The meal concludes with Mille Foglie al Frutto della Passione, a beautifully layered dessert drawn from the chef’s hometown traditions.
Set within the Tuscan villa-inspired elegance of Rossini’s — long regarded as one of Bangkok’s iconic Italian dining destinations — the evening offers an intimate exploration of flavour, craftsmanship, and Italian hospitality.
