Dusit Thani Pattaya is organising the special collaboration event with Chef Thaninthorn ‘Noom’ Chantrawan from the Michelin-Starred Chim by Siam Wisdom in Bangkok, joining forces with The Bay’s culinary team for an extraordinary dining experience on Saturday, 19 October 2024. Guests can look forward to a sensory journey that marries the vibrant flavours of Thailand with the Mediterranean’s sun-kissed charm. Highlights of the evening’s menu include Chonburi Pen Shell Coconut Ceviche, Grouper Spicy Tom Yum in Tagine, Singhol Curry with Young Coconut Shell, Beef Cheek with Smoked Coconut Jasmine Rice, and Grilled Sea Prawn with Pickled Lemon.

This exclusive event is more than just a dinner. As part of Dusit Thani Pattaya’s “Food for Thought 2024” initiative, and in celebration of both International Chef Day and World Food Day, the evening aims to highlight the power of food in connecting cultures, nourishing bodies, and inspiring positive change.
