On 16 April 2021, we announced the postponement of the Annual General Meeting of the Thai-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce which was scheduled for 22 April 2021, due to the current COVID-19 situation in Thailand. According to the Department of Business Development (DBD) announcement on 26 April 2021, limited companies, public limited companies, trade associations and chambers of commerce can postpone their annual meetings maximum one month following the originally scheduled meeting. Consequently, to comply with the announcement of DBD, we have decided to call the Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 20ᵗʰ May 2021, from 18.00 to 19.30 hrs. on the Zoom platform.

As a member of the Thai-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, you are hereby invited to attend this virtual event. We appreciate that you participate in this most essential chamber activity of the year. Normally, the Annual General Meetings are followed by a dinner, thus members attending the virtual AGM will be invited for a physical get-together function, free of charge, once we feel it’s safe to host such events again.

• Any Member who is unable to attend the meeting may authorise another member as a proxy to attend and vote on his/her behalf. Participants must submit the proxy form to secure online participation prior the meeting. Please complete the attached Proxy Form and submit to TNCC at [email protected] by 17.00 hrs. on Wednesday 18 May 2021.
• At the event, participants must log in on time and identify themselves by turning on camera and identify their name and surname and organisation/company. Here is the guideline for self-identification and voting procedures at virtual AGM.
• To reduce background noise and use up bandwidth, participant’s microphone and video/camera function should be turned off when it is not required.
