Meliá Chiang Mai is launching an international dinner buffet to celebrate arguably the most exciting time of the week and enjoy an international dinner buffet replete with a tapas and pinchos, live cooking station of gambas al ajillo and grilled river prawns.
Highlight of the night are
- Roasted spice rubbed whole chicken with dried prunes
- Lamb kofta with tzatziki
- Slow roasted Australian beef tenderloin with selection of flavored mustards, gravy and blistered green chilli
- Assortment of Spanish Cheeses & Charcuteries such as an imported Manchego and artisan cheese and a selection of cold cuts including Ibérico ham (jamón), Spanish sausage (chorizo) and chicken ham
- Healthy Mediterranean salad bar offering a selection of Spanish olive oils, mixed olives and pickles
Price: Baht 1400 nett per person | Baht 700 nett per child aged six to 12 years old
