New Winter Journey Menu at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin
One-Michelin-star Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin welcomes the winter season of cool breezes with the new ‘Winter Journey’ menu. Continuing its legendary modern-Thai gastronomy, the restaurant remains consistent in composing unique and inspiring dishes created by award-winning Michelin-star chef Henrik Yde-Andersen and senior head chef Chayawee Suthcharitchan.
The secret to the ‘Winter Journey’ is designed to reflect Chef Henrik’s gastronomic travels as he reminisces about his adventures from Thailand to Japan and Europe. Portraying the ‘winter season, Chef Henrik and Chef Chayawee join forces to develop menus using the finest winter-time ingredients in each dish. Highlights include the spicy Hokkaido scallop salad with pomelo, crispy-skin seabass with carrot and tamarind sauce, and the main course of duck confit Pad Krapow with peas and quail egg.
This ‘Winter Journey’ is available for lunch from 1 November 2022 until 31 March 2023, with a selection of an eight-serving menu at Baht 2,150++ and a ten-serving menu at Baht 3,200++; and dinner with a 16-serving menu at Baht 3,900++.
