In March 2018, the law governing foreigners working in Thailand was amended. A decree, the Administration of Foreign Workers Emergency Decree, B.E. 2560 (2017) (the “Emergency Decree”) was issued, but many foreigners have not clearly understood the changes, even if two years have passed.
