Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, one of our corporate members, proudly presents Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, “Legends of the Lotus – The Blooming Dawn”, a captivating dining experience that reimagines modern Thai cuisine. Rooted in three guiding principles—celebrating local ingredients, embracing sustainable agriculture and fisheries, and allowing diners to shape their own gastronomic journey—this concept invites guests to explore Thai flavours in an entirely new way.

Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, the award-winning fine dining restaurant at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, proudly presents its refreshed menu, available from 1 February 2025. Renowned for reimagining Thai cuisine with modern techniques, Sra Bua continues to captivate diners with its sophisticated and innovative creations. Each dish reflects a deep connection to nature and tradition, crafted with precision and creativity. From delicate flavours to bold expressions, the experience unfolds like the blooming of a lotus, revealing layers of taste, texture, and innovation.

From 2018 to 2023, Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin earned one Michelin star for six consecutive years, underscoring its dedication to culinary excellence and artistry. The new menu introduces a selection of exceptional dishes, offering two options for each course to allow guests a personalised dining experience.

New menu selections include the aromatic smoked fish soup “Tom Klong Pla Grob,” a delicate dish featuring warm and cold smoked fish. For the salad course, the refreshing Scallop and Cucumber Salad with basil mayo and coriander oil showcases the restaurant’s flair for balancing flavours and textures. Seafood lovers will delight in the luxurious Lobster Cocktail, served with a lobster bisque foam, while meat enthusiasts can savour the succulent Duck Breast and Duck Terrine, complemented by XO sauce and crispy skin.

These new menu additions further elevate the culinary journey, offering a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation.
