When asked to create croissants, our pastry chefs did not want to make average, ordinary, or traditional croissants. Instead, although they used the traditional recipe, they decided to make a range of giant, cube-shaped croissants available in 5 different flavours ranging from sweet to savory each priced at Baht 90 net, including:
- Lemon and Meringue
- Macadamia Carmel,
- Mushroom and Béchamel
- Nutella Almond
- Plain Butter
Our cube-shaped croissants are available for pickup daily from 07.00 to 19.00 hrs. at Zing Bakery on the ground floor at Centara Grand at CentralWorld (delivery and takeaway) or delivered to your home or office via GrabFood:
