Event policy:

• Registrations and payment in advance are required and we will not accept walk-ins at this event.
• Pre-payment is required by 17.00 hrs. on Monday, 12th January 2026.
• Booking is confirmed when payment is received only.
• Free cancellation within 14 days before the event and payments are refundable. Cancellations received less than 14 days and no-shows are NOT able to receive a refund.
• As the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) also applies to personal data collected before the PDPA entered into force, please be informed that TNCC will automatically keep your contact details including email address, name and last name, and company details, on our mailing list.
