Skrei Season is coming! – One of the most Legendary Catches of the Cold of NorwaySkrei Season is one of the most Legendary Catches of the Cold of Norway

Thammachart Seafood one of our Corporate Members has exclusive promotion about Skrei Season Cod portions.

Every year from Jan – April, Skrei is a special kind of migratory Norwegian cod. “Skrei” means “The Traveler” referring to the incredible 1,000 km journey that the cod embarks on from the Barents Sea to the shores of Northern Norway, which results in the Skrei Cod developing an amazing chunky white juicy flesh with the most incredible texture and extraordinary flavour

To be quality-labelled SKREI, the cod must be caught between Jan-April in the natural spawning areas, fully grown to approximately 5 years old and in pristine condition – with no bruises or blemishes, it is then packed and processed to the highest quality standard (minimum weight 2 kg) which is certified 100% sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC)

Skrei is rich in protein, vitamin D and other vitamins and minerals such as B12, Iodine and Selenium.

Ready to serve you on an exclusive promotion, the beautiful Skrei Cod, with an incredibly unique texture and a delicate taste.
