Meliá Chiang Mai stages monthly Sunday Brunch at Laan Na Kitchen.
Meliá Chiang Mai will host a monthly Sunday brunch with Spanish, Mediterranean, and Thai offerings such as imported charcuterie, chilled prawns on ice, Mediterranean salads, and a live cooking noodle station. Dubbed ‘Brunch del Domingo,’ the monthly Sunday brunch is held on the first Sunday of the month from 12.00 – 15.00 hrs. at Laan Na Kitchen.
Tortilla Española, chorizo, bacon quiche, imported Manchego, and artisan cheeses are among the brunch’s Mediterranean favorites. A butcher’s corner serves a selection of cold cuts, including Ibéricoham (jamón) and Spanish sausage (chorizo). The live cooking station has dishes, such as a large pan of paella with fideuá (a short pasta) and seafood served with aioli. Moreover, delectable desserts include churros that, along with fruit and marshmallow skewers, can be dipped in a warm chocolate fountain. Homemade pastries, ice creams, and more are also on offer.
