The indulgent Sunday brunch offers a host of Spanish, Mediterranean and Thai offerings ranging from imported charcuterie and chilled prawns on ice, as well as Mediterranean salads and a live cooking noodle station. The Mediterranean late breakfast favourites such as tortilla Española, chorizo and bacon quiche, imported Manchego and artisan cheeses plus a butcher’s corner are among the brunch’s highlights. The healthy Mediterranean salad bar affords a selection of Spanish olive oils, mixed olives and pickles. The live cooking noodle station has dishes like soi curry noodle soup with grilled chicken and a large Paella pan-cooked fideuá, short pasta with seafood served with aioli. Delectable desserts include our famous churros with a warm chocolate fountain with fruit and marshmallow skewers, homemade pastries and more.
