Try All-New Duck or Foie gras at Ventisi Restaurant, Centara Grand

Every Thursday evening, the Ventisi buffet dinner is enhanced with a choice of a duck or foie gras dish. Diners can enjoy as following dishes per person, which is prepared to order and served at the table:

Enjoy the distinct flavours of this prepared in dishes including 4 of each below dish per person to be served at the table;

  • Truffled mushroom velouté with foie gras morsels
  • Pan-seared foie gras with stewed apples, aged balsamic, wild rocket
  • Tagliolini with black truffle cream and pan-seared foie gras
  • Chinese roasted duck with special gravy

The buffet dinner also includes a large variety of fresh seafood on ice, scrumptious appetisers, salads and soups. Mouthwatering mains include premium cuts of meat, fish, Thai favourites, and Italian classics, plus a selection of international cheeses, desserts, and ice cream.

Duck and Foie Gras Thursday Buffet Night delights are offered from 18.00 to 22.00 hrs. for an incredibly low price:

  • Adults: Baht 1,590+, per person
  • Children (6 -11 yrs): Baht 936 net.
