From now until 31 December 2026, discover the richness of L’grow Wagyu, often revered as the “caviar of beef” for its extraordinary marbling, tenderness, and depth of flavour. Featured in the exclusive Steak & Salt Selections, the marble score 6/7 striploin is expertly grilled to perfection and enhanced with a choice of premium salts, from delicate Maldon Sea Salt to aromatic truffle salt, allowing every bite to reveal a different expression of the beef’s character.
Completing the experience is the legendary Penfolds Bin 389, affectionately known as the “Baby Grange.” Rich layers of dark berry fruit intertwine with subtle notes of soy, sesame, and shiitake, creating an elegant pairing that complements the Wagyu beautifully.
