From 31 January until 3 February 2022, toast the Year of the Tiger with two distinctive menu options for a table of 10 persons. The Kinship New Year is priced at Baht 19,888+ and the Opulence New Year at Baht 33,888+.
For a la carte dining, highlights include the must-have Abalone and Fresh Salmon Yu Sheng (Baht 1,388+) for the ‘Lo Hei’ ritual and Steamed Fresh Japanese Abalone with Minced Garlic in Superior Soya Sauce (Baht 1,188+)
A curated list of Dim Sum is on the special Lunar New Year menu. Highlights include Steamed Bean Curd Skin Stuffed with Shrimp and Pork with Abalone Sauce (Baht 140+) and Steamed ‘Xiew Long Bao’ with Black Truffle Sauce (Baht 288+).
