From 15 September until 31 October at Wah Lok, our Dish of the Month is Braised Kurobuta Pork Belly at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit. Expect succulent and fork tender pork belly that is braised for 2 hours. The sweet and salty sauce goes perfectly with a set of mantou, a white and soft Chinese bread/buns that is popular in northern China. Both the fried and steamed mantou will be served.
