Samitivej International Children’s Hospital, our corporate member, has officially opened its new state-of-the-art facility, bringing Smart Hospital services to the next level. Designed to address patients’ pain points through a Smart Healthcare Ecosystem, the hospital offers a seamless digital experience from pre-visit preparation to post-discharge care through the Well Kidz application.

The hospital provides comprehensive pediatric care, with more than 100 pediatric specialists covering all subspecialties, including the treatment of complex and rare diseases. The facility includes 111 inpatient beds, with 12 PICU beds and 8 NICU beds.

• Hybrid Operating Theater designed to minimise radiation exposure.
• Smart ER for emergency and critical pediatric care starting at the scene. Our ambulances are equipped with real-time communications linked to the Samitivej Medical Transport Center, enabling transmission of patient data in advance allowing the hospital’s medical team to provide immediate treatment upon arrival. Our ER uses sensory elements of sight, taste, smell, sound, and touch to transform the pain experience, helping to calm children and parents even in an emergency.
