Bangchak Group and Quantum Global (APAC) Exchange Vessel Time Charter Contract and Discuss Future Collaboration
The Bangchak Corporation, one of our Premium Members, has exchanged a vessel time charter contract with Quantum Global Group to strengthen ongoing collaboration in trading and shipping operations while exploring future partnerships in crude supply, logistics, bioenergy, carbon initiatives, and energy infrastructure investments.
Bangchak Group and Quantum Global Group announced the exchange of a vessel time charter contract, marking a further step in their ongoing commercial engagement in trading and shipping operations.
The contract was exchanged between Mr. Chaiwat Kovavisarach, Group Chief Executive Officer and President of Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, and Mr. Moiz Saleem, Group Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Global Group.
The agreement reflects continued cooperation between the two parties, building on existing collaboration in crude trading and freight operations.
During the meeting, both sides also discussed potential areas for future collaboration, including crude supply, logistics, bioenergy, carbon-related initiatives, and possible co-investments in energy and infrastructure assets.
