Amendment of BOI Act and New BOI laws

The Investment Promotion Act B.E. 2520 (BOI Act) was amended and this amendment has been effective since 25 January 2017. The official English translation has not yet been published on the BOI website (2 Feb 2017), but DFDL has summarised the changes.
