Bangchak Executive joins IGNITE Thailand Advisory Board, a Professional Network Supporting Thailand’s Future Female Leadership
We are pleased to highlight our premium member, Bangchak Corporation PCL, that has joined the Advisory Board of IGNITE Thailand, a professional network dedicated to developing the next generation of female leaders. This is a significant step towards promoting female leadership. The announcement was made recently in Bangkok.
Mrs. Gloyta Nathalang, Senior Executive Vice President, Sustainability Management and Corporate Communications, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, has been invited to serve on the Advisory Board of IGNITE Thailand, a professional women’s community committed to strengthening Thailand’s strengthening Thailand’s next generation of female leaders. IGNITE Thailand was established by global management consulting firm Kearney and global executive search firm Egon Zehnder, together with 13 advisory board members who are prominent women leaders from leading Thai and multinational organisations.The launch event of IGNITE Thailand was held recently in Bangkok, bringing together more than 50 participants from over 30 leading organisations in Thailand, including executives from Kearney and Egon Zehnder, advisory board members, 16 mentors, and 22 mentees who are emerging leaders from Thai and multinational companies across industries. The gathering reflected the collaboration between current women leaders and emerging leaders in Thailand in advancing the country’s professional landscape.
Mrs. Gloyta, who joined the advisory panel, shared “At Bangchak, we we place great importance on inclusion and equal opportunity. They believe that advancing women’s leadership is not only a matter of equality, but a way to strengthen the country’s resilience and support sustainable growth.
