Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, one of our Premium Members, received 4 awards at the People Management Award 2022 organised by the People Management Association of Thailand (PMAT) reflecting the importance of people management and organisation management in fostering sustainable success. Among others, the company was honoured with The Best of CEO People Leader and Best Employee Relation and Engagement awards.

Bangchak was 1 of 13 organisations receiving 4 People Management Awards, with Chaiwat Kovavisarach, Group Chief Executive Officer and President, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, presented The Best of CEO People Leader Award – Best Practice Level. Chokchai Atsawarangsalit, Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Management and Organisation Development, was presented with 3 awards for Bangchak; namely, The Best Employee Relation and Engagement -Best Practice Level, The Best Reward and Recognition-Advanced Leveland The Best Learning and Development – Consolation Level, for a total of 4 awards at the People Management Award Ceremony 2022 at Aksra Theatre, Pullman Bangkok King Power, Rangnam Road.

The People Management Award 2022, held for the first time by the People Management Association of Thailand (PMAT), honours executives (CEO) with managerial vision, effective people management policy and strategy, able to motivate and drive employees to achieve the organisation’s targets. Moreover, it elevates the standard, quality, and efficacy of people management in Thailand.

Chaiwat, one of the four recipients of The Best of CEO People Leader award joined the CEO Talk Session stating that Bangchak’s present-day strength and success are the result of the cumulative efforts of its employees, as well as restructuring the organisation for sustainability according to the 3Rs concept, namely Refocus: accelerating the balance between energy security and the transition to clean energy, Restructure: creating new channels to access markets and customers and Reimagine: selecting opportunities and investment tools that optimise returns for the company. Moreover, this includes caring for its employees as a valued family members according to the “100X Happiness” engagement policy which empowers employees to realise their potential, promotes cross-functionality, creates open spaces conducive to communication and collaboration, as well as fostering boldness, critical thinking, decision-making, passion and ownership in line with its Core Values of “i am bcp”. He thanked all employees for their cooperation in driving Bangchak to achieve numerous awards. This recognition is for every Bangchak employee.
