Somchai Tejavanija, Chief Marketing Officer & Senior Executive Vice President of Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, a premium member of the Thai-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce received the Sustainability Awards of Honour at the SET Awards 2022 presented to listed companies, securities companies, and mutual fund management companies with exemplary sustainable business operations, taking into account Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) aspects. Organised by the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Money and Banking Magazine. The Sustainability Excellence Awards, Sustainability Awards of Honour category for listed companies maintaining sustainability excellence for the third consecutive year.
Bangchak has received the Sustainability Excellence Awards for the 6th consecutive year, and the Sustainability Awards of Honour for the 3rd consecutive year, operating business as the Leader in Energy Transition according to sustainable development approaches, as an exemplary role model for organisational sustainability excellence. Also, Bangchak has been included in the Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI) index since 2015, which are stock of listed companies emphasising sustainable business operations taking into account Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects, presenting options for investors interested in Responsible Investments.
