Bangchak wins the Global MIKE Award for knowledge management and innovation for two consecutive years
Chokchai Atsawarangsalit, Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Management and Organisation Development of Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, one of our Premium Members, received the Global Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise (MIKE) Award 2023 at the Cordis Hotel, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, at The Annual Asian Knowledge and Innovation Forum (AKIF) as one of the most top organisation World-leading knowledge management and innovation.
This is the third year that Bangchak has participated in the selection for this project and continuously receive awards Developed from the national level to the regional level and up to the world level for the second year, reflecting the importance achievement of Bangchak. To promote the development of knowledge management, especially in the areas of Digital Technology and Data Analytic, to create innovation within the organisation. Promote the exchange of knowledge through Communities of Practices (CoP) among Bangchak Group employees. and support employees with knowledge and expertise develop self-learning as an Internal Instructor and create an atmosphere for employees to jointly create innovations in the work process. Delivering good value and experience to customers and develop new business models in line with the corporate value “I AM BCP” which consists of Innovation, Agility & Mobility, Boldness, Customer Empathy and Passion & Ownership.
