Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, one of our Premium Members, received the Mahidol Science Environment & Sustainability Award 2023.
Gloyta Nathalang, Executive Vice President, Corporate Branding, Communication and Sustainability Activation, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, as Chairperson of Carbon Markets Club (CMC), received the Mahidol Science Environment & Sustainability Award 2023 (Organisation Category) from Associate Professor, Dr. Palangpon Kongsaeree, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Mahidol University. CMC was founded by Bangchak, and other founding members, altogether 11 organisations, in June 2021. CMC’s objectives include to disseminate knowledge and understanding of global warming, carbon offsetting, and promote carbon credit trading, taking on the leadership role in communicating accurate and clear scientific knowledge in sustainable environmental conservation, serving as a model and inspiration for society.
Moreover, Gloyta gave a special presentation on “Carbon Markets Club – Living in Harmony with Nature”, and CMC had an exhibition display and recruited new members during the “City Nature Challenge” organised by the Faculty of Science, Mahidol University – Phayathai Campus.
