We are proudly to announce the appointment of Khun Wichien Harnpraween, the Managing Partner of Wissen & Co Lawyers, one of our premium members as the Vice Chairman of the Extraordinary Committee on the Business Facilitation Act.
The committee has recently completed its review, and the revised draft Act will soon be proposed to the House of Representatives of the Parliament. Upon approval by both the House of Representatives and the House of Senators, it will be finally announced in the Royal Gazettes to become the new law, its enforcement will ease doing business greatly.
Moreover, Khun Wichien Harnpraween, has been appointed by the House of Representatives as a Legal Counsel to the Ordinary Committee on Consumer Protection. In acknowledgement of his service, he was granted a prestigious honour by the King Maha Vajiralongkorn, the Royal Orders and Decorations of the Kingdom of Thailand at the end of 2024.
