Terms And Conditions

• Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT, non-commissionable
• Rates are per room per night, and including international buffet breakfast
• Rates are applicable only for corporate F.I.T booking (applicable 1-7 rooms per day) and requires a minimum stay of two consecutive nights
• Rates are inclusive of complimentary 3 pieces of laundry service per day (Dry-cleaning, express service excluded and cannot be accumulated).

CHECK IN / OUT

• Check-in time is 15:00 hrs. on the day of arrival.
• Check-out time is 12:00 hrs. on the day of departure.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY

• Check-in before 7:00 hrs.:                                 1 night room charge
• Check-in between 7:00 – 15:00 hrs.:                 50% of the room charge
• Check-out between 12:00 – 18:00 hrs.:             50% of the room charge
• Check-out after 18:00 hrs.:                                1 night room charge

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellations must be made in writing to the Reservation Department at [email protected] or [email protected]
• Cancellations made before 18:00 hrs. (local hotel time) on the arrival date are free of charge
• Cancellations received after 18:00 hrs. on the arrival date will result in a one-night charge including tax and service charge to the use to guarantee the reservation.

GUARANTEE POLICY

All reservations must be guaranteed by a company or the guest’s credit card number and expiration date at the time of booking.

In the event of a no-show, applicable taxes and service charges will be applied.
