The 17 May Dinner represents more than just a culinary event, it’s a celebration of Norwegian heritage, tradition, and community spirit. Through the shared enjoyment of delicious cuisine, live music to enjoy, fine wines, and sparkling drinks, participants come together to honour their culture and strengthen bonds with one another.
This year, 17 May Dinner 2025 takes on special significance as it celebrates the 120th Anniversary of Thailand-Norway Diplomatic Relations. Marking over a century of partnership and collaboration since 1907, this event honours the long-lasting relationship and its continued growth across diverse sectors.
As guests raise their glasses in a toast to tradition and goodwill, they embody the essence of Norwegian Constitution Day, creating memories that will be cherished for years to come. Cheers to a festive 17 May Dinner filled with joy, unity, and the spirit of Norway!

Smoked Norwegian Salmon: Accompanies by capers, grated eggs, dill sauce, mixed green bouquet and melba toast.

Quinoa Salad: Avocado, roasted pumpkin, dried fruit, baby spinach and balsamic and honey vinaigrette

Norwegian Salmon Steak: Boiled potatoes, and glazed butter vegetables and dill cream sauce

Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek: Tender Wagyu beef cheek braised with root vegetables served with a smooth potato and a classic Bordelaise sauce (**Beef selection must be confirmed by 9 May)

Seared Cauliflower steak: Boiled potatoes, and glazed butter vegetables and dill cream sauce
