Norwegian Seafood Council, one of our premium members, launched the new project under the name of Seafood from Norway with its partners. First time in Thailand, Seafood from Norway joined hands with CP-UORIKI to launch the ‘Intense and Flavoursome Fjord Trout’ promotions at selected Makro and Lotus’s stores nationwide.

 

Every Thursday to Sunday, special promotions of the month in October 2025, the Promotions Include:

Fjord Trout has a fresh flavour and firm texture. It is a different species from Norwegian Salmon but shares many similarities. This premium fish is in season all year round. Its taste is perfect for raw, marinated and lightly cooked dishes.
Fjord Trout is rich in protein, Omega-3, vitamins A, D and B12 and antioxidants to help maintain a healthy heart, a strong skeleton and an effective brain.
