Jordan, one of our corporate member, partners with Loxley Trading to announce market entry in Thailand with full focus on children’s oral health. They launched New Universe in the “Happy Teeth, Happy Me” campaign, highlighting expertise in kids’ oral care, and targets 20% sales growth in 2026.

Jordan, a premium oral care brand and first-ranked selling brand in Scandinavia, manufactured by Orkla, a major Norwegian conglomerate, has been steadily winning over Thai consumers for nearly a decade. The brand has now announced a major business milestone with the launch of its “Happy Teeth, Happy Me” campaign at Central Westgate shopping mall, unveiling the “Jordan New Universe” — a brand-new character universe designed to revolutionise children’s oral health by making it fun, easy to understand, and scientifically sound.

Mr. Charith Raksakulkiat, Marketing Manager of Jordan Thailand, stated, “Over the years, Jordan has been a part of Thai families, but today we are ready to take the next step and clearly declare our position — focusing seriously on the children’s oral health market. We believe that a good oral health foundation must begin even before the first tooth appears, and must be maintained correctly and continuously according to each child’s developmental stage. In a market full of children’s products, Jordan is committed to being the brand that builds a system of expertise and develops products that truly address the oral structure and development of children at every age.”

With the concept of “Oral health for life,” Jordan New Universe aims to help parents choose the right products as easily as possible, while the cartoon characters and vibrant colors make toothbrushing a fun daily activity for children.

“Dan-Pattie”, alongside twins “Lycka and Rora”, reveal their secrets to winning babies’ hearts.

A highlight of the event was a conversation with beloved family duo “Dan” (Worrawech Danuwong) and “Pattie” (Ungsumalynn Sirapatsakmetha), along with their twins “Lycka” and “Rora,” who shared their experience caring for their children’s oral health. They revealed that building the habit of toothbrushing in young children is challenging, but Jordan New Universe’s design makes brushing time more enjoyable. The brand’s age-based step system also helps new parents confidently choose safe products suited to their child’s oral development at each stage.

Mr. Kowit Kraisarin, Assistant Managing Director of Loxley Trading Co., Ltd.,shared that the company has been appointed as the distributor and marketer of Jordan Oral Care products in Thailand since 2020. Products are distributed through leading modern trade and department stores nationwide, including Central Food Hall, Lotus, Tops, HomeFresh Mart, MaxValu, Gourmet Market, and Foodland, as well as through traditional retail stores. The brand also actively sells on e-commerce platforms Shopee and Lazada, and runs an educational community on Facebook: Jordan Thailand. This success is reflected in the Best Oral Care For Kids (Editor’s Choice) award from Amarin Baby & Kids Awards, received consecutively every year.

Mr. Kowit added that children’s toothbrushes are the brand’s top-selling product, accounting for 43% of total sales, thanks to their age-appropriate design and functionality. For 2026, the company targets 20% overall sales growth from the previous year, with children’s products expected to be the key driver.

At the event, Jordan introduced new innovations for children’s oral care:

  1. Step 0 Teether paired with Step 1 Toothbrush: designed for newborns through the first baby tooth, ensuring children use products aligned with their developmental milestones.
  2. Pump Toothpaste: a new design that helps control the amount used, is hygienic, and easy to use, encouraging children to begin caring for their own oral health with confidence.

 

The campaign launch was honored by the attendance of H.E. Mrs. Astrid Emilie Helle, Norwegian Ambassador to Thailand, along with Thai-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce’s representatives; Mrs. Kristine Anvik Leach, President and Ms. Yanin Srathongnoi, Executive Director, reinforcing Jordan’s strong image as a world-class Norwegian brand built on quality, safety standards, and international scientific expertise — ready to grow and genuinely elevate oral hygiene for Thai children.
