Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), and Seafood from Norway, both of our premium members, have partnered to mark THAI Airways’ 65th anniversary and the first anniversary of the resumed BKK–OSL–BKK direct flight with the launch of the “From Sea to Sky: 120 Years of Friendship” campaign. This initiative marks a significant milestone in bilateral relations while also strengthening Thailand’s role as a regional hub for the distribution of premium Norwegian seafood to Asia-Pacific markets via the daily direct Bangkok–Oslo route. This route supports both passenger travel and cargo transportation (Air Cargo), facilitating fast and efficient delivery across the region.

The campaign features a series of promotional activities throughout the year, including the Norwegian Saba Promotion (15 May–15 June), a Salmon Promotion (July–August), and the Norwegian Seafood Festival in early September. Participants in these promotions stand a chance to win round-trip tickets between Bangkok and Oslo, with six prizes.

The initiative underscores the strategic importance of the Bangkok–Oslo route as a key gateway between the Nordic region and Asia-Pacific, supporting THAI’s long-term vision to grow the premium travel market in alignment with the company’s “Grace to Growth” theme in its 65th anniversary year.
