Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), one of our premium members, organised the event “Colors of Endless Smiles” to express gratitude and reinforce relationships with business partners in the Nordic countries who have continuously supported the direct Bangkok–Oslo route and the broader Northern Europe network. The event warmly welcomed representatives from embassies, ticketing agents, logistics operators, and other business partners.

The event was held in collaboration between Thai Airways International Public Company Limited and Avinor, the Norwegian airport operator, at Tribe Sky Beach Club, 5th floor of EmSphere. It reflected confidence in the potential of Northern Europe routes and Thai Airways’ direct Bangkok–Oslo service. A highlight of the evening was the performance “Colors of Endless Smiles”, showcasing Thai Airways’ signature service through contemporary dance and an LED light show inspired by the Northern Lights, symbolising “the endless colors of smiles.” Guests also enjoyed an Interactive Motion Experience simulating the Northern Lights, followed by a mini-concert from “Pure The Voice.”

Mr. Kittipong Sarasombun, Chief Commercial Officer of Thai Airways, stated: “For nearly three years since Thai Airways resumed direct flights between Bangkok and Oslo, we have proudly connected destinations and strengthened ties between Thailand and Norway. Our services have consistently supported tourism and business, facilitating passenger travel and cargo transport for national and regional benefit. This reflects Thai Airways’ vital role in seamlessly linking Asia and Northern Europe under the concept ‘Smooth as Silk.’”

Meanwhile, Mr. Knut Neving Langeland Rudshard, representative of the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Thailand, remarked: “We are delighted to work with Thai Airways in building people-to-people relations between our two countries. Thailand remains a favorite destination for Norwegians, with over 100,000 traveling here annually. At the same time, the number of Thai travelers to Norway and other Nordic countries continues to rise. Thai Airways plays a key role in providing quality travel services to meet tourism needs of both nations. Moreover, Thai Airways is an important partner in cargo transport, especially for seafood exports from Norway to Thailand, which require fast and highly efficient logistics systems.”
