The trade days at ThaiFex – Anuga Asia 2026 at the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center concluded on Friday, 29 May 2026.

The exhibition was larger than ever, spanning 12 halls and more than 140,000 square metres. Nearly 90,000 trade visitors from over 140 countries and regions attended the event, while more than 3,300 exhibitors from over 60 countries and regions showcased export-ready products, processing solutions, technology, packaging, and services covering the entire food and beverage supply chain. With 65% international participation, ThaiFex – Anuga Asia continues to demonstrate how the global food trade moves across borders and categories in real time.

The Norwegian Seafood Council pavilion covered 288 square metres and hosted 20 individual Norwegian company booths, in addition to a further ten companies represented within the pavilion’s common area, which served as a venue for press briefings and other PR activities. Visitors enjoyed a range of seafood dishes prepared by award-winning chefs Jimmy Chok and Leonard Chia, featuring Norwegian salmon, trout, mackerel, halibut, cod and cold-water prawns.

2026 marked the tenth consecutive year that the Norwegian Seafood Council has participated with a national pavilion at the exhibition.

Norway Connect supported the pavilion throughout the event, providing staffing, logistics and operational assistance.
