Seafood from Norway, our premium member, and Makro hosted exquisite dishes crafted from premium ingredients sourced directly from Norway by two renowned national chefs.

On 21 November 2024, Seafood from Norway in collaboration with Makro, a leader in the wholesale business under CP Axtra Public Company Limited, offered a unique experience to 20 VIP customers who made the highest cumulative purchases of the Norwegian seafood products. The exclusive event, “4 Hands Chef’s Table: Inspiring Luncheon,” was honoured by Ms. Thea Martine Ottmann, Deputy Head of Mission, Norwegian Embassy, and Ms. Åshild Nakken, Regional Director for Southeast Asia at the Norwegian Seafood Council, with CP Axtra executives extending a warm welcome.

The highlight of the event was a culinary masterpiece created by two of Thailand’s top chefs, Chef May (Patthanun Thongthong) from Top Chef Thailand and Chef Art (Teerapat Tiyasunthornanon) from Iron Chef Thailand. They worked together to craft an extraordinary dining experience at Lenôtre Culinary Arts School Thailand. Guests were treated to dishes prepared with premium “Norwegian seafood,” including Norwegian salmon, Norwegian mackerel, and Norwegian fjord trout.

Seafood from Norway is a trusted symbol of origin, representing seafood caught or farmed in the pristine, cold, and clean waters of Norway.
