We are delighted to announce a significant new collaboration between Wissen & Co Ltd., our premium member, and Long An (Guangzhou) Law Firm following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Cross-Border Investment and Legal Collaboration.
On 27 October 2025, the signing ceremony of this MOU, was successfully held at Long An (Guangzhou) Law Firm in Guangzhou, China. This partnership marks a significant milestone for both firms, aiming to enhance the quality and reach of legal services across Thailand, China, and beyond.
Through this collaboration, Wissen & Co Ltd. and Long An (Guangzhou) Law Firm will work closely to support clients in navigating complex cross-border transactions, investments, and regulatory matters, while fostering mutual professional development and knowledge exchange between legal experts of both firms.
